GENERAL QUESTIONS AND PROBLEMS
When I try to open Internet Download Manager site or update IDM from my computer, it does not work. Why can this happen?
Please make sure that "hosts" and "lmhosts.sam" files in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc do not have any lines with internetdownloadmanager.com or tonec.com.
Also this problem can be caused by FireWall. Please read more about it here.
