REGISTRATIONS / SERIAL NUMBER QUESTIONS
I want to register IDM with my personal serial number but "Registrations->Registrations" IDM main menu item is disabled. What should I do?
If the "Registration->Registrations" menu item is disabled then IDM is already registered and you do not need to do it again.
If you use "Help->About" IDM main menu item you should see your name under "This product is licensed to" label in "About Internet Download Manager" dialog:
