Refund Policy
EVALUATION PERIOD
The Internet Download Manager software product has 30-day evaluation period. All customers are encouraged to fully evaluate this software prior to purchasing a software license. Evaluation software may be downloaded from this web site, is fully functional, and includes complete documentation. During the evaluation period, limited technical support is available by sending e-mail to support@tonec.com.
PURCHASE OF INTERNET DOWNLOAD MANAGER
After the purchase of Internet Download Manager, all customers also get prioritized technical support. Note that Internet Download Manager product is not covered by a money-back guarantee. All refunds are made at manager's discretion. If downloadable version of software doesn't work for you, and we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the product price, but require you to sign software destruction agreement. Refunds will not be offered when software is not destroyed by you. If you have any concerns, please contact sales@tonec.com for more information
